With less than 18 months to go until The 2010 Ryder Cup to be played at The Celtic Manor Resort, City of Newport, from September 28 - October 3, 2010, Ryder Cup Europe recently launched the public ticket application process for next year's Match.

This initial ticket offer has opened via the Official Ryder Cup Ticket Website on www.rydercup.com/tickets and successful candidates will be determined through a computerised random lottery draw to take place in August, 2009.

The first formal offer opens with Daily Tickets ranging from £30 on the Tuesday and Wednesday Practice Days to £130 on Sunday and Season Tickets for Two Days, Four Days and Six Days ranging from £140 to £430.

Following his first official Ryder Cup visit as Captain to The Celtic Manor Resort, Colin Montgomerie said: "What we all need, of course, is strong support so we will be looking for the fans to get behind us by booking their place now to witness another thrilling chapter in this match."
